How to Lose 20lbs under 2 Weeks!

I hope you all are having a wonderful Friday. I been a little under the weather but writing among other things help me fully recover. So I'm here to share a tip for losing weight along with an article. So I'm sure you all read the title of this article and are eager to know what I found out. You may already know this and don't know it. But I'm here to share the wealth. So many I've noticed are on a healthy diet or a journey to fitness. It's almost as popular as fashion. I think it's a good thing if you decide to make this a lifestyle rather than something you just doing for the moment. I know many struggle losing weight and desire losing the weight and just don't know how. Well there are many ways to lose weight. This one you have to sacrifice some things but in the end you get the results you want. Beyonce did it and I know many that have gone this route and they were successful. Beyonce did a diet called the Master cleanse diet which was basically either (maple syrup or lemon juice diet.) Many opted for the Lemon Juice Diet which would allow you to shed 20lbs or more quickly.

The reason why Beyonce had to lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks was so she could look like the slimmer version of Deena Jones at the age of 16 in DreamGirls. So to show that dramatic change in age she lost the weight. This was a choice she made.

The Master Cleanse is no different than a detox pill or detox tea. It's a form of cleansing and fasting where you eat no solid foods and you have to balance it by drinking 6-12 glasses of water mixed with lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper for 10-40 days which is what Beyonce did to lose 20 lbs. HOWEVER she noted that she cheated by eating fish, vegetables, and protein drink. But noticed she kept it clean. She did not eat any carbs, or any sweets or anything fattening. So if doing the Master Cleanse Diet is overwhelming you can add some fish, vegetables and protein drinks to help balance everything out.

I can't say you won't have any mood swings because it's a dramatic dip from your normal eating routine and your body is going to react because you're doing something dramatic and different but as I said you can add some food just keep it very lean and clean.

Beyonce also noted that she gained the weight back right after the movie. But that's because her ultimate goal was not to be that thin. She did it for her job. So it's up to you to maintain your weight and live a daily life of eating clean and being active. I would not suggest at all to do this EVERYDAY it's not healthy. And I would suggest talking to your doctor or nutritionist about this because I am not a licensed doctor. I'm just sharing the wealth for those looking for other forms of losing weight.

I do something similar. It's a detox Tea which I will talk more about and review. But mind you I do this once a year to cleanse my body. So it's not to lose weight. I can do that on my own but it is an option.But overall I hope this article helped and if you have any questions I will answer your question to the best of my ability. :)
